Compliance

Registered senders, approved templates, recorded consent.

Commercial messaging in India runs on DLT. We keep the entity, header and template identifiers attached to every message so audits are boring.

What we track

Entity registration
Your DLT entity id is stored against the workspace and attached to sender ID requests.
Sender headers
Each sender ID carries its header id and moves through pending, approved, rejected or suspended.
Template ids
Templates store the DLT template id and a compliance status checked before sending.
Consent and opt-out
Contacts carry an opted-out flag that campaigns always respect.
Category separation
Transactional, OTP and promotional traffic route separately and price separately.
Audit trail
Sender approvals, template changes and admin actions are written to immutable audit logs.

Your responsibilities

  • Register your entity and headers with your DLT operator before requesting sender IDs
  • Only send promotional traffic to recipients who have opted in
  • Honour opt-out requests within the timeframe your regulator requires
  • Keep template content aligned with the registered DLT template text
  • Do not send content that is unlawful, deceptive or intended to defraud
